Free Resources for Depressed Moms

a collection of articles, audios, videos, and downloads from the Midnight Mercies book launch
It's been three months since my new book, Midnight Mercies: Walking with God through Depression in Motherhood, officially released, and I've been so grateful for the encouraging feedback I've received since then. Launching a book into world—particularly one which contains such a deeply exposing personal account from my past—is an overwhelming endeavor to say the least. I could not have endured that season without the prayers and tangible support of friends, family, and my online community. So, thank you. Truly.

As the calendar turns to 2024, I'm back in the "writing cave" working on new mini-books which aim to serve mothers who are suffering from postpartum depression as well as those who are caring for a depressed spouse. Now that the intensity of book release season has more or less passed, I thought it might be worthwhile to compile all of the digital content from the launch of Midnight Mercies into one space. What you'll find in this post are all the articles and audios which were published during the fall/winter of 2023 related to the book and the topic of depression in motherhood. All of these resources are free to access and available to freely share.

In addition, I continue to release video sessions from the Midnight Mercies Virtual Summit, which ran during book launch week in October 2023. At the very bottom of this page, you can find all of the replays that have been made available to date—provided at no cost. By subscribing to my email updates (click here) you'll be notified when new summit sessions are posted. More than that, upon subscribing, you'll automatically receive an email featuring a complimentary download of my 8-week Midnight Mercies personal Scripture reading & devotion plan, an 8-week Midnight Mercies key Scripture memorization guide, and my "Practicing Lament in Depression" worksheet.

I sincerely hope and pray this collection of free resources is a blessing to you or those you love. If you know someone who might benefit from learning about them, please don't keep this blog post a secret but share it with them, that they might be encouraged to endure by the hope that Jesus Christ offers to the downcast.
